Booking terms & conditions

1. Bookings and confirmation

A safari booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed deposit and send you our written itinerary confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before your safari begins, unless we agree otherwise in your booking invoice.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received 45 or more days before departure are subject to a small administrative charge, plus any non-refundable fees charged by lodges, airlines or other service partners.

3. Insurance

Where an itinerary includes emergency medical air evacuation cover, this is stated on the tour page and in your confirmation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip delays and cancellation, and personal belongings.

4. Changes to your itinerary

In the rare event of severe weather, park road closures or safety advice, we may need to change the order of your route or offer an alternative lodge of the same or a higher standard. We will always tell you as early as possible and act in your best interest.
